Sales Agent , Telesales Representative – Crypto Mining Hardware & Hosting

As a Telesales Representative at MM INTERNATIONAL TRADING FZCO, you handle inbound leads for high-end cryptocurrency mining equipment and hosting solutions. Based in our Dubai office at City Walk, you engage with clients who are ready to invest in ASIC miners and hosting services, guiding them through selection and closing high-value deals.

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, and website chat
• Qualify prospects and recommend the right ASIC miner or hosted mining service for their needs
• Explain mining profitability, TH/s, hosting terms, and coin-specific ROI to clients
• Finalize sales and coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth delivery or setup
• Maintain CRM records with deal status, quotes, and follow-up activity
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets

What you bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or direct B2C/B2B sales
• Fluency in English
• Proven hands-on experience with cryptocurrency mining through ASIC devices, cloud mining, or hosting platforms
• Ability to confidently explain mining terms such as TH/s, power cost per kWh, profitability, and coin volatility
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivation, strong organizational ability, and comfort working on-site in a competitive environment
• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Dubai before starting

• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 5,500 per month
• 1% uncapped commission on every sale, paid on total deal size
• Realistic monthly earnings of AED 10,000-20,000 based on performance
