Sales & business development - web3 OTC payment

As a Sales & Business Development professional at BRIDGENIX, you identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and drive adoption of our crypto-to-fiat payment solutions. You work with institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients in a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore.

What you'll do

• Conduct sales meetings and product demos with prospective clients
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
• Provide post-sale support in collaboration with customer service teams
• Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product and pricing strategies
• Contribute to sales training materials and deliver product walkthroughs for clients and internal teams
• Participate in industry events and webinars
• Work closely with marketing, compliance, and product teams to align go-to-market efforts

What you bring

• Proven sales experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex Web3 and payments concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Experience in sales management or pipeline management, including forecasting, reporting, and CRM usage
• Customer service skills focused on relationship building, client retention, and responsive issue resolution
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, OTC trading, and payment or settlement workflows
• Analytical skills for evaluating client needs, market trends, and competitive offerings
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Comfort working in a regulated environment and collaborating in a hybrid setup in Singapore

Nice to have

• Prior Web3 or blockchain experience
• Ability to deliver training sessions
