Sales Director, Payments

As a Sales Director for Payments at Fireblocks, you will scale one of the fastest-growing companies in blockchain and cybersecurity. You'll target a mixture of crypto-native and financial services accounts in the UK, working closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team to close complex deals and drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Work closely with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM team to develop go-to-market strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
• Conduct prospect, territory, and account planning
• Update and maintain Fireblocks CRM

What you bring

• Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech
• Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
• Track record of over-achievement in closing complex deals within financial services or fintech
• Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude with a willingness to prospect
• Experience working in a team-selling environment

Nice to have

• Direct experience working within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency
