Sales Director

As a Sales Director at Talos, you drive counterparty acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth for p(X), our liquidity provision business. p(X) provides aggregated, institutional-grade digital asset liquidity through a curated network of global trading venues. You own a high-impact, early-employee role responsible for generating leads, building strong counterparty relationships, and closing deals to support a fast-scaling pipeline.

What you'll do

• Source, pitch, and close new counterparties including retail brokers, fintechs, funds, and neobanks
• Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation, onboarding, and activation
• Expand the network of trading counterparties and products throughout 2027
• Build and maintain long-term strategic counterparty relationships
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales and activation targets
• Partner closely with the Trading team on onboarding, pricing, connectivity, and workflow improvements
• Analyze market opportunities, track pipeline status, and produce clear sales reporting

What you bring

• 7-10+ years in institutional trading sales with proven revenue-carrying responsibility
• A strong background in institutional capital markets with demonstrable sales achievements
• An existing crypto network or prior experience successfully growing a book of business in the ecosystem
• A track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• A data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
• High sense of urgency, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to operate autonomously
