Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at deCircle, you'll be the technical and strategic counterpart to Corn, one of our key partnership leaders. You'll qualify, structure, and advance partnership conversations, ensuring we capture the right opportunities and maintain momentum in all discussions. This is not a cold outreach role-there's substantial deal flow, and your focus is on making each conversation count.

What you'll do

• Act as Corn's technical and strategic wingman in all partner discussions
• Qualify and prioritize leads, ensuring alignment with Yearn's roadmap and TVL goals
• Spot new product opportunities and integrations and help piece them together internally
• Attend conferences, Twitter Spaces, and events as Yearn's technical voice
• Support Corn in tracking and achieving TVL targets
• Ensure follow-ups and partner communications stay on point

What you bring

• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and primitives, and how Yearn fits in the stack
• TradFi background with crypto exposure
• Ability to connect technical capabilities with partner needs and business strategy
• Comfort operating in DAO-native, trust-based environments where contributors prove themselves
• Willingness to engage with the community on Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and at in-person events
