Senior Account Manager - Online Enterprise

As a Senior Account Manager for Online Enterprise at Coins.ph, you grow the merchant base by identifying and engaging online merchants who can benefit from Coins.ph's QR Ph-compliant payment solutions. You drive partnerships through product demos and proposals, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing, and serve as the main point of contact for merchants, ensuring satisfaction and helping drive their transaction growth.

What you'll do

• Identify and engage online merchants such as e-commerce stores, marketplaces, and subscription services that can benefit from Coins.ph's QR Ph-compliant payment solutions
• Conduct product demos and craft proposals showing how Coins.ph helps merchants accept payments easily and securely
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closing, leading negotiations and finalizing contracts
• Support merchant onboarding and activation by helping integrate Coins.ph payments into their platforms while working closely with tech and compliance teams
• Be the main point of contact for online merchants, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and driving transaction growth
• Meet and exceed sales targets while sharing market feedback to improve the merchant experience and product offerings

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, ideally in FinTech, payments, or e-commerce
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and close deals
• An organized, proactive approach to working in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with QR Ph, payment gateways, digital wallets, or e-commerce integrations
• The confidence to work both as part of a team and independently
• Passion for helping online businesses grow through digital and cashless payments

Nice to have

• Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese
