Senior Institutional Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

At tradias, you shape the future of finance as a Senior Institutional Marketing Manager. Tradias is a fully licensed securities trading bank and leading liquidity provider, regulated by BaFin and based in Frankfurt. You develop and execute B2B marketing strategy to connect traditional financial markets with digital assets, driving brand visibility and engagement among large financial institutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy in close alignment with leadership, focused on brand visibility and engagement among large financial institutions
• Maintain and evolve brand identity, messaging, and visual consistency; create thought leadership pieces, sales materials, and announcements for institutional audiences
• Manage website content and structure, plan and optimize paid campaigns with clear ROI focus, and grow social media presence primarily on LinkedIn
• Support the planning and execution of conferences and client events, both online and offline, including conceptualization and post-event analysis
• Collaborate with the communications team to develop coherent institutional PR and communication strategies
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies support business goals and product positioning
• Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and influencers within the digital assets ecosystem
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights and stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments

What you bring

• About 4-6 years in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services, crypto, fintech, or a high-performing agency, ideally with exposure to institutional client audiences
• Strong generalist skills across brand, digital marketing, content, website, and events with hands-on experience in paid campaigns and performance marketing
• Understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the digital assets market
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to guide marketing decisions
• Strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset, self-driven, structured, solution-focused, and delivery-oriented approach
• Confident communication and collaboration across teams and with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and external partners
