Senior Technical Account Manager

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Paxos, you own the day-to-day technical administration, integration, technical stability, and operational execution for major financial institution partners. You work with customers like PayPal, Interactive Brokers, Stripe, and Kraken to implement Paxos blockchain infrastructure products post-launch, spanning Brokerage, Money Movement, Orchestration, and Tokenization services.

What you'll do

• Partner with technical and operational teams at customers to implement Paxos products and services post sale, including customer education, project management, test design, best practice recommendations, answering technical questions, and testing support
• Prioritize and deliver daily technical and operational requests across a broad book: intake, prioritization, routing to technical support when appropriate, SLAs, and status updates to Account Managers and client counterparts
• Own integration health and reliability by monitoring alerts, error recovery, reconciliations, data quality checks, and environment hygiene from sandbox to production
• Run change management for releases, API and schema updates, version changes, configurations, entitlements, keys and certificates, IP allowlists, and maintenance windows with tested runbooks and rollback plans
• Execute integration work aligned to the account plan: enable new capabilities, modify integrations, validate, roll out, and stabilize; provide implementation consulting on patterns, test plans, and go-live readiness
• Codify and propagate shared learnings at scale by publishing patterns, FAQs, and runbooks, and building usage, SLA, and error reporting so the team solves new problems rather than repeating solutions

What you bring

• 5+ years of Implementation Consulting or Technical Account Management experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial services
• A track record of delivering complex technical implementations spanning multiple quarters with Enterprise customers
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to lead API integrations
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Excellent project management and communication skills
