Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at Binance, you shape the global presence of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange across social channels. You create, optimize, and scale content strategies on X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, working with a team to drive engagement, grow video channels, and amplify brand impact through culturally relevant storytelling in the crypto space.

What you'll do

• Create, schedule, and publish content across global social channels including X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn in line with established content strategy.
• Lead and drive growth of video channels through daily page management, optimization, engagement, trend spotting, moderation, and community initiatives.
• Build and scale AI-assisted content workflows such as video, visuals, copy, and localization to improve creative quality, speed, and engagement.
• Support the growth of leadership profiles through channel strategy, content development, daily page management, and ongoing optimization.
• Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and translate them into relevant, engaging ideas that deliver brand value.
• Develop creative, culturally relevant ideas that turn social trends into standout moments and meaningful brand impact.
• Lead coordination with agencies and external partners to ensure content deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and brand objectives.
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and community activation initiatives.
• Provide social media recommendations and optimization ideas for marketing initiatives including global events, KOL engagements, and new product launches.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content schedules, maintain consistent messaging, and ensure timely delivery across channels.
• Monitor social sentiment and emerging issues, escalating potential risks and supporting crisis communication plans.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media and community performance weekly and monthly using analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to team processes, training, and playbooks, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and social media practices.

What you bring

• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience in social media, content, or brand marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to produce content across static visuals, GIFs, memes, and short-form video, with examples of measurable impact.
• Demonstrated ability to grow social media accounts and execute campaigns.
• A good understanding of the crypto market with an interest in staying current on trends and sentiment, and familiarity with Binance's product suite.
• Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, with X, Instagram, and TikTok as top priorities.
• Comfort with analytics and reporting tools, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and working with external agencies, partners, or creators.
