Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Blockchain, you join the Buenos Aires office of a global crypto company trusted by over 90 million wallet holders. You'll own the full recruitment experience from first contact through onboarding, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and shape how candidates experience the company.

What you'll do

• Ensure a world-class candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling, interviewing support, evaluating skill levels, and giving and receiving feedback
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new hires
• Establish yourself as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for hiring managers across the organization
• Create clear, compelling job descriptions that effectively market each unique career opportunity
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, universities, meetups, and relevant events to strengthen talent pipelines
• Maintain accurate data and workflows in Greenhouse and related tools with high attention to detail and follow-through

What you bring

• Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR coordination role, with hands-on experience working with an ATS (ideally Greenhouse)
• Advanced level of English, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently with global stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritization, motivation, and follow-through
• Self-motivation with a high sense of urgency, while collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business
