Web3 Business Development Manager

As a Web3 Business Development Manager at Hyphen Connect, you drive institutional and private sales of on-chain vaults and tokenized Real World Asset offerings to HNWIs, family offices, and institutional LPs. You own the full capital pipeline from initial outreach through deal closing and repeat allocations, pitching complex vault mechanisms and yield strategies to sophisticated allocators.

What you'll do

• Drive institutional and private sales of on-chain vaults and tokenized Real World Asset (RWA) offerings to HNWIs, family offices, and institutional LPs
• Build, track, and execute end-to-end capital pipelines from initial outreach to deal closing and repeat allocations
• Pitch complex vault mechanisms, yield drivers, risk frameworks, and on-chain settlement procedures to sophisticated allocators
• Accelerate total assets under management through high-touch direct selling, referral networks, and strategic partnerships
• Retain and grow institutional LP relationships with proactive post-allocation support and ongoing reporting
• Partner with internal ops, legal, and product teams to streamline LP onboarding, compliance, and reporting workflows

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in institutional capital raising, investment sales, or VIP business development across Traditional Finance or Web3
• An established, active network of LPs, family offices, HNWIs, private banks, and crypto allocators
• A demonstrated track record of driving measurable AUM growth and closing capital allocations
• Deep knowledge of structured finance, yield strategies, fixed income, or fund architectures
• Strong familiarity with digital assets, DeFi mechanics, and on-chain financial products
